TEX+ Exhibition, London
TEX+ is an exhibition that takes place in London, bridging the gap between graduates and the textile design industry, providing emerging designers with professional practice guidance, mentorship, the opportunity to gain advice and feedback on portfolio presentation, and potential career routes. Engaging with designers and key figures in the industry allowed me to refine my presentation skills and gain experience in showcasing my work.
At the exhibition I was honoured to receive the Pentland Brands Award, this granted me a two months internship with Pentland, providing me with valuable industry experience and a development opportunity.
